Digital gift cards are typically delivered very soon after the order is confirmed, which is one of their biggest advantages over a physical card. In most cases there is nothing to wait for beyond the short time it takes to process the order.
Once the order is complete, the card is made available to you or sent to the recipient you chose, depending on how you set up the purchase. You will know it has gone through from the confirmation of your order, which is your record that everything is in order.
If a card has not appeared when you expected it, check the email folders where automated messages sometimes land, and confirm the delivery details you entered were correct. If it still has not arrived, contact our team with your order reference and we will track it down for you.
