This website presents information about adivaha Shop's gifting, rewards, loyalty and travel solutions and allows you to submit a business enquiry. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Information is indicative, not an offer

Product descriptions, card designs, categories, denominations, lead times and planning tables on this site are indicative. They are not an offer capable of acceptance and do not constitute a guarantee of availability.

Specifically: card designs shown are our own artwork and do not represent confirmed partner inventory; redemption options, validity and pricing for any programme are confirmed to you in writing before an order is accepted.

Travel services

Travel pages on this site operate on an enquiry basis. No booking, hold or reservation is created by submitting an enquiry. Flights, hotels, packages and other travel services are supplied through our travel supply arrangements, and the operating supplier is named on each quote. Supplier terms, including change and cancellation conditions, apply to any booking and are stated on the quote.

Direct self-service booking is available only to accounts where that integration has been provisioned.

Enquiries

By submitting the enquiry form you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to make the enquiry on behalf of the organisation named, and that we may contact you about it. Submissions are subject to validation and rate limiting, and we may decline to respond to submissions that appear automated or abusive.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to this site or its systems, to submit malicious content, to scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or to use it in breach of applicable law.

This site loads fonts, stylesheets and scripts from third-party content delivery networks. Their availability is outside our control.
