Terms & Conditions

1.This is an ITC Hotels (GV) / Gift Card (GC) issued by Qwikcilver and would only be accepted at listed ITC Hotels.
2.Register and activate your ITC Hotels Gift Card before using it.
3.Valid GC in its original form (Email/SMS) must be presented at the time of availing a service.
4.This GC cannot be returned.
5.This GC cannot be transferred for balance value or redeemed for cash.
6.No refund, replacement, reloading or cash back would be considered against the GC.
7.Any dispute shall be referred to Qwikcilver and the decision of Qwikcilver will be final.
8.Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram, India.

10.The cardholder may request for revalidation of an expired GC. Upon receipt of such request the GC may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
11.Non-receipt of GC post 7 days of receipt of dispatch confirmation has to be reported immediately or else Qwikcilver, ITC Limited or their affiliates will not be liable for the misuse of the card.
12.The card is valid for spends towards stay (room & incidental charges), food & beverage, home delivery & take away, spa services (for resident guests only) and applicable taxes at any of the participating hotels.
13.The card is not valid for spends towards settling banquet charges, paid-outs like car transfers, spends at retail or any third party service establishment at participating hotels, or any expenses of personal nature for which a pay-out is raised such as buying medicines, repairs of personal items etc.
14.The Gift Card cannot be used for deposit, advance purchase or to secure or confirm a reservation.
15.The cards cannot be used to settle stays booked on/thru
a)Corporate rates
b)Group rates
c)Online Travel Agents (OTA s)
d)Any discounted or contracted room rates
e)Travel Agents/Intermediaries
f)Any commission agents
16.The Gift Card shall not be applicable for redemption in conjunction with any other offer/promotion or benefit(s)
17.Multiple transactions can be performed on GC until the value of the card is exhausted.
18.Club ITC Green Points will not be awarded for transaction settled using Gift Cards. However, for transactions settled with a combination of GC and any other eligible payment mode the Club ITC Green Points will be awarded for the differential amount being settled through the alternate payment mode.
19.You can visit any of the participating ITC Hotels to check the balance and date of expiry of your ITC Hotels Gift Card
20.In case of theft, kindly report the same to issuer. Upon verification of the identity of the guest the card will be blocked and a fresh card will be reissued.
