Please select your Flight/Hotel (Domestic) and fill required details till you reach the payment page. 9. On payments page, Select \"Gift Voucher\" as your Payment Mode. 10. Enter your EGV/ Card No. (16 Digit) and 6 Digit Pin No. 11. Click on \"Redeem Gift Card\" and pay the Balance amount (if any) using other Payment Modes listed. 12. In case of transaction failures after EGV is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same EGV. 13. Holidays (domestic/international) can be redeemed offline only as per customization. 14. In case of any query please write to: coepromoteam@yatra.com 15. EGV is valid for multiple/partial redemption. Multiple transactions can be performed on EGV until the value of the card is exhausted during the validity period. 16. Two or more EGVs can’t be used in single transaction. 17. Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceed the EGV value) 18. If an EGV is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or Compensation. 19. This EGV cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by Yatra.com. 20. No additional Discount / reduction in the price will be entertained other than the value mentioned on the EGVs. 21. Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms & conditions of Yatra.com. 22. Yatra.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between date of redemption request placement and date of using EGV during booking. 23. No change or cash can be taken in exchange of this EGV. 24. In case of cancellations, where EGV is valid, amount (as applicable) will be refunded back to the EGV. 25. In case of cancellations, where EGV validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by EGV. 26.
