Step 2: If he is an existing customer they should login with e-mail ID / mobile number if he is a new customer they have to create an account.

Step 3: Once customer logged-in they will land on below page. And they should click on button which is on right hand side u201cADD GIFT CARDu201d

Step 4: Once click of u201cADD GIFT CARDu201d button a pop-up will appear where customer should enter the 16-digit e-gift card number and 6-digit PIN and click on u201cADD TO ACCOUNTu201d button

Step 5: Once the card is validated, the amount will be added to American Eagle Credits which indicates the E-gift card redemption is successful

Terms & Conditions

1. This E- Gift Card is redeemable on all merchandise at thecollective.in and all exclusive The Collective stores across India (https://www.thecollective.in/storelocator) 2. This E- Gift Card can be redeemed just once. 3. This E- Gift Card holds no value until activated with a minimum purchase. 4. There is no extra fee to obtain this card. 5. This e-gift card is valid for period of 6 months from date of activation. 6. Please present the print out of this E- Gift Card to the customer relationship officer prior to billing or when you want to redeem the card when shopping from stores. 7. Please use the card number and PIN for the E-Gift Card when shopping online. 8. This card is not redeemable for cash or credit. 9. In case of a damaged card, a new card will be issued and loaded with the remaining value only after proof and authenticity is presented to any of above mentioned stores. 10. If a card is lost or stolen neither will a new card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner. 11. E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
