1. "Body Shop E-Gift Vouchers are redeemable at the Body Shop stores and website in India only. 2. E-Gift Voucher cannot be en-cashed or refunded and can be redeemed only on purchase of the Body Shop products. 3. The Body Shop E-Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 4. No cash will be refunded even if the purchase value is less than the voucher value. 5. Unlimited E-Gift Voucher can be clubbed against single billing. 6. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the E-Gift Voucher, the difference must be paid by cash, credit card or debit card. 7. E-Gift Voucher can-not be redeemed partially. 8. In case of lost or missing E-vouchers no replacement would be provided. 9. It is mandatory to present the E-Gift Voucher at the time of purchase/ billing. 10. E-Gift Vouchers can be used during the sales period. 11. E-Gift Voucher can be clubbed with existing offers in store. 12. Any unused balance on the E-Gift Voucher cannot be en-cashed or refunded. 13. E-Gift Voucher validity cannot be extended /cannot issue new E-Gift Voucher post expiry
