Download and Open the App:
If you haven't already, download the Apollo Pharmacy app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and log in to your account or create a new one if you don't have one.
Go to the Wallet Section:
Once you’re logged in, navigate to the 'Wallet' or 'My Account' section in the app.
Add Gift Card:
Look for the option to 'Add Gift Card' and tap on it.
Enter Gift Card Details:
You will be prompted to enter the gift card number and PIN. Type in the details exactly as they appear on your gift card.
Submit and Confirm:
After entering the details, tap on the 'Submit' or 'Add' button. You should see a confirmation message that your gift card has been successfully added to your wallet.
Use Your Gift Card:

1. This is an Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card and is only accepted at Apollo Pharmacy retail
outlets and not applicable at Apollo 24/7 on Web / 247 App, Apollo Pharmacy website
or Hospital Based Pharmacies.
2. Customer can redeem only 2 (Two) e-cards / day at the participating Apollo Pharmacy
retail outlets.
3. The person who has the Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card is deemed to be the
beneficiary.
4. Apollo Pharmacy is not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without
permission.
5. Request the cashier to use Billing Code (6619 E-Healing Card) to redeem this 16-digit
Card No and its Pin No. Call Apollo Pharmacy Customer Care 1860 500 0101 for any
issues while redeeming.
6. Queries while redemption only should be directed to Apollo customer care (1860 500
0101). For further issues, customers must contact the issuer, whose details should be
mentioned on the voucher or card.
7. This is a One-time use E-Healing Card with an expiration date.
8. No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the E-Healing Card will be
given. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
9. E-Healing Card validity is decided by the issuer.
10. Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled under
any situations.
11. Any dispute related to the E-Healing Card should be referred to the issuing company and
the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the
courts at Hyderabad shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Apollo Pharmacy reserves the right to withdraw/ modify E-Healing Card scheme/offer
before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole
discretion.
13. This card can only be redeemed on Pharma/ Medicines/ and is not applicable on FMCG,
DPCO, Surgical & Apollo Brands.
14. Offers such as SSO, Value Deals, Monthly offers & Other Offers on Any FMCG, Apollo
Brands, Surgical, Ayurvedic, and Holland & Barrett are not applicable.
15. Apollo E-Gift Card is not valid for doctor consultations, lab tests or health checks.
16. Once Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card has been billed, items purchased with it cannot
be returned or exchanged.
17. No Health Credits will be awarded on Voucher/ Gift card transactions.
18. Billing should not be clubbed with Health credit, Card or Wallet. Any additional value
above the voucher value should be paid in cash only.
