1.This Watcho Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is being issued by Dish Infra Services Private Limited (“Dish Infra”) for its video streaming platform namely “Watcho” which is accessible as a Mobile Application(“App”) and on website www.watcho.com. 2.This code can only be redeemed in India and is valid for redemption till 6 months from the date of issue. 3.This is a Watcho Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on their website www.watcho.com / and Mobile App. 4.The subscription can be used by new Watcho Platform users. Those not registered on the service will need to register themselves first. 5.Existing current Watcho subscribers with on-going subscription or previously existing users who are/were subscribed to any Watcho Plans can not avail this GV on same RMN. This GV is applicable ONLY on new un registered Mobile Numbers. 6.This code cannot be used/clubbed with an existing subscription/offer on the Watcho app or website or any other source. 7.To redeem the voucher code option, go to https://www.watcho.com/plans/list Customer can enter the Gift code details in the “have coupon/gift card” section. 8.This service is only available on web on https://www.watcho.com/plans/list and on Mobile App. Every voucher code will be applicable for a specific subscription value. 9.This code is non-refundable and cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. It is not a credit/debit code. This code is not a legal tender & does not entail any civil/criminal liability on Watcho. 10.1Pinelabs & Watcho reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the timelines and features of the voucher code, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason. 11.Voucher code is not transferable, is not for sale or re-sale nor redeemable for cash. 12.The voucher code will not be valid for transactions amounts exceeding coupon value. The voucher code cannot be exchanged for cash or credit note. 13.In case user applies the code in the plan which is higher that purchase value, code will be applied and user will need to pay balance amount for the purchase of selected plan. 14.The validity of the voucher code cannot be extended. 15.The voucher code will be valid for redemption only in India. The user who has the Watcho GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary of the GV/GC. 16.Watcho is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission. 17.Single GV / GC can be used in one bill/transaction. 18.This is a ONE time use GV / GC with an expiration date. 19.No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given. 20.Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically. 21.Watcho GV / GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations. 22.Watcho GV / GC cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates as may be intimated / updated by Watcho on its website from time to time. Watcho may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) on its sole discretion without any liability. 23.Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction. 24.Dish Infra shall on best effort basis attempt to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Card (GC), but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Watcho, GV / GC may not get accepted on the website and Watcho shall have no liability for the same. 25.If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) /Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours. 26.For any queries / issues related to GV / GC, you can visit help.watcho.com 27.Dish Infra reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) at any time without any notice or liability. 28.Watcho has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules. 29.Dish Infra reserves the right to withdraw Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion. 30.Dish Infra reserves the right to deny accepting any Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC), if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards. 31.In no event the liability of Dish Infra for any claims shall exceed the value of the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) in dispute. 32.E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours. 33.No returns and no refunds on gift cards, e-gift cards and gift vouchers shipped by woohoo.in.
